Buildbox is operated by Oratora, Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Buildbox website and services.

By accessing this website or using Buildbox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Description of Service
Buildbox helps teams understand and improve the human-agent experience by analyzing user intent, agent behavior, and user outcomes, then turning those findings into ranked, reproducible issues.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Buildbox website and services are owned by Oratora, Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Privacy, Cookies, and Analytics
Our Privacy Policy describes the information we collect when you use this website, including the analytics described there, and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By continuing to use the website after making a choice in our cookie notice, you consent to the collection described in that policy for the categories you allowed. You may change or withdraw that consent at any time using the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer of every page, and we honour recognised opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website or services: no attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system or account, no interfering with or disrupting the service, no scraping or automated collection except as permitted by our robots.txt, no reverse engineering, and nothing unlawful. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any findings it produces will be complete or accurate. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oratora, Inc. and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the website or services. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the website or services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All matters relating to the services and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from or related to them, including non-contractual disputes or claims, are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and you waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by those courts and to venue in them. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at legal@heybuildbox.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
10. Arbitration
At our sole discretion, we may require you to, and you agree to, submit any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the services, including disputes concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration in Delaware before one arbitrator, administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures and, if applicable, its International Arbitration Rules. Except as provided in the Federal Arbitration Act, the arbitration award will be final and binding on the parties, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. If we make a material change, your continued use of the website after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
